How can you place an order?
We ship all over India and can also ship globally on special request.
For global shipping inquiries, please reach out to us at +91 80755 78734 or admin@sabko.shop with the subject line "Global Shipment Requirement". We will connect with you to get the necessary details and move forward with the order.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
Shipping is free for all orders above ₹1299.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available.
For orders below ₹1299, shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery pincode.
How does the delivery process work ?
Once our system processes your order, each product is carefully inspected to ensure it is in perfect condition. After passing the final quality check, it is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will then bring the package to your address as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
How do I check the status of my order ?
You can check your order status in the "My Orders" section of our website. Once your order is dispatched, we will also share the tracking details with you via email.
For orders with more than one product
We consolidate all products in your order and ship them together once the entire order is ready. This ensures you receive everything at the same time and helps us reduce shipping costs and environmental impact.
What is the estimated delivery time?
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the courier partner’s details. You can track your package online after 24 hours from dispatch.
