Returns and Replacement

Everything on the Sabko marketplace is printed just for you, and we want you to be happy with your purchase from an independent artist! At sabko.shop, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect/missing. Exchanges are available for fit issues. Please submit all requests within 7 days of delivery.

Refund for damages, defects or incorrect Items


Step 1 — Submit on the Returns Page

Go to sabko.shop/account/returns and fill out the form with:

  • Order ID, name, email, phone

  • Issue type: Damaged / Defective / Wrong or Missing item

  • Short description

  • Photos (see guidelines below) and, if available, a short unboxing video


Step 2 — Review & Instructions

Our team reviews your request and reaches out with return confirmation and instructions

Step 3 — Send the Item Back

Pack the item securely (original packaging, tags, accessories) and ship it to:
[Return Address / Warehouse, Contact, PIN Code]


Step 4 — Inspection & Refund
After we receive and inspect the item, we issue a refund to your original payment method for:

  • The item amount

  • The shipping charge you paid on the original order and return order combined


Replacement or Exchange for Fit Issues


Step 1 — Submit on the Returns Page
Choose issue type: Exchange – Fit issue, and provide:

  • Order ID, name, contact details

  • Requested size/color for the same product

  • Item photos (unused, tags intact)


Step 2 — Approval & RMA
We confirm eligibility and send you the RMA number and return instructions.


Step 3 — Send the Item Back
Ship the unused item (original condition, tags, packaging) to our return address with the RMA number on the parcel.


Step 4 — Inspection & Replacement
Once received and approved, we dispatch the new size.
You’ll receive the applicable shipping charge as store credits in your sabko.shop account/wallet.

If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll contact you with options (e.g., different size/color, store credit, or refund of item price per policy).


What makes a return/exchange eligible

  • Item is unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

  • Request submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • For damages/defects/incorrect items, photos clearly show the issue.


Not eligible

change of mind (including color preference), normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, items without intact tags/packaging, certain hygiene/personal items once opened, custom/personalized items, digital goods, and gift cards (unless faulty on arrival).


Photo & packing guidelines

  • Clear photos of: the defect/damage, the full item, inner packaging, and the outer box with shipping label visible.

  • Keep all original packaging until your case is resolved.

  • Use sturdy packing to prevent transit damage.
