Delete Store & Account: how it works

When you tap “Delete Store & Account” in Settings of Artist of Sabko app, we schedule your account for deletion 24 hours later. It’s not immediate.
You’ll see a clear confirmation step before anything is scheduled.
During the 24‑hour window, you can still open the app; some actions may be limited to prevent conflicts.

What happens during the 24‑hour grace period

We record your request with a deletion time exactly 24 hours in the future.

Your profile is flagged as “pending deletion,” which helps us keep your account stable while the request is waiting.

Nothing is erased during this window.

What’s deleted after 24 hours

After the 24‑hour window ends, we permanently delete:

Your store and profile

Your artworks and thumbnails

Your sign‑in account

Once deletion completes, your content is no longer accessible in the app.

What we don’t keep

We don’t keep your artworks, profile, or store content after deletion.

Like most services, limited system logs may be retained for a time for security, debugging, and legal record keeping. These logs aren’t used to rebuild your account or restore content.

Can you change your mind?

There isn’t an in‑app cancel button. If you change your mind within 24 hours, contact support right away. If the request hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to stop it.

After deletion

You won’t be able to sign in with the deleted account.

Your personal content will no longer be available.

Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone once completed.

Why there’s a delay

The 24‑hour window helps prevent accidental deletions and gives you time to contact us if something changed. It also ensures we can remove everything cleanly and consistently.
